Refund policy

At DREAMLY, we care about your satisfaction. However, as we offer products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as silk sleep masks), we must also maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygienic Products)

Please be advised that pursuant to Article 38, point 5 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract is not available to the Consumer in respect of contracts where the subject of the service is a product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Our products (specifically silk sleep masks) are protected by a special protective sticker (hygienic seal).

  • If you remove, break, or damage this protective sticker, you lose your right to return the product.

  • Masks with an intact hygienic seal are subject to standard return procedures.

3. How to Make a Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this, for example:

  • By sending an e-mail to: hey@dreamly.store

  • By attaching a withdrawal statement to the parcel with the returned goods.

Important Logistics Information:

  • Proof of Purchase: A fiscal receipt is not required for a return. We accept any proof of purchase (e.g., payment confirmation, bank statement, order number).

  • Packaging: The goods do not have to be returned in the original external shipping box, but please pack them securely to prevent damage during transport.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Refund Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

  • Withholding Reimbursement: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (the cost of shipping the parcel from you to us).

5. Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please note that in the case of sealed hygienic products, breaking the seal completely excludes the right to return.
